Pros

  • + Authentic gameplay mechanics
  • + Impressive environments
  • + Carefully crafted levels
  • + Attention to the details

Cons

  • – Not very challenging gameplay
  • – Performance issues and low optimization
  • – High number of bugs
  • – A little confusing main menu
  • – Very light story line

Cute, but not very challenging game with incredibly detailed world. Might be a suitable for children or entry-level VR enthusiasts, who are in love of planes. We find it too simple for experienced VR gamers, even with all game's positive sides.

Tested on: i5 12600KF, RTX 3070Ti, 16GB RAM
Performance: Game have poor but acceptable performance on both SteamVR and Oculus SDK modes even with middle-end GPU

Pros

  • + Nice visuals and look
  • + Good base mechanics
  • + Nice retro-synth themed OST
  • + Wide range of weapons and superpowers

Cons

  • – When game advances, hand tracking goes worse, recognizing bad advanced gestures
  • – Game mechanics is innovative, but very monotone
  • – Story line is a bit passive and quite boring
  • – Good (but not perfect) voice acting

First impression from the game is promising, but when game advances you could barely use new gestures due bad hand tracking recognition (especially if you use shield etc). You can improve this by playing using controllers, but you will lose game's authentic mechanics. We hope developers will work on update to improve it.

Pros

  • + Really nicely done controls of arcade machines
  • + Full of retro atmosphere
  • + Good sound design and humor
  • + Different authentic mini-games
  • + Very nice retro-like cutscenes
  • + Mixed reality features
  • + Lots of nostalgia

Cons

  • – Tutorial and routines are too boring
  • – No arcade machine only mode
  • – Voice acting is very average

This game will definitely impress every fan of 90's and everything related to this (of course including different recognizable arcade machines). For casual player it might be too boring as you have to do a lot of routines to unlock the arcade machines.

This is a real gem of multiplayer VR esport competition games. It will blow your mind with 0g feeling and game mechanics, technical perfection and immersion. Even after Meta's official game shut down it lives with the community servers and still have huge audience! Pros

  • + Authentic idea
  • + Acceptable graphics
  • + Tolerable lawnmower control
  • + Different locations and tools

Cons

  • – Really strong motion sickness from the simulation
  • – Clumsy mechanics and poor and long tutorial
  • – Unclear purpose of additional tools

To be honest, this is the first game we've encountered that induces such intense motion sickness once you begin driving. Personally for our editors it was impossible to play it for more than 15 minutes, and we strongly advise to avoid it for anyone who doesn't have an exceptionally strong stomach. We didn't had a chance to check all the game's features due motion sickness, so this review can't be considered as complete article.

  • + Original gameplay mechanics

Pros

  • + Nice graphics and original visual style
  • + Impressive naval fleet scenes
  • + High quality voice acting
  • + Authentic environments and atmosphere
  • + Original style of storytelling

Cons

  • – Weak game mechanics in general
  • – A bit boring and repetitive gameplay
  • – Not a strong story line
  • – Gets boring after playing a couple of chapters
  • – Quite short (around 1-1.5 hours in total)
  • – Historical inaccuracies

Very authentic game with some impressive and cinematographic scenes, but in general monotonous, quite 'scriptish' and with a bit weak story. We'd recommend it as a short immersive tour with naval vibes for the fans of pirate stories and/or asia

Pros

  • + Nice game mechanics
  • + Pleasant look and feel
  • + Diversity even in routine tasks
  • + Good voice overs and lite story line
  • + Impressive and futuristic environment
  • + Funny set of tools
  • + Cute and angry robots :)

Cons

  • – Unskippable dialogues
  • – Missing difficulty/duration settings
  • – Lacks free/endless mode

Really nice game, a variant of "Papers, please" in VR set up in robotized future. Some of the robots you interact with will appear life-like, with special personalities, tricks, and funny reactions to your actions. We'd recommend to try this game, especially if you like robots and puzzles :)

Jan 19, 2024

Pros

  • + The game itself is fully consistent with the original
  • + Not the worst VR adaptation, but still far from OK
  • + Nice voice acting, fine cut scenes (but still in cinema-like 2.5D)
  • + Full-length story-rich campaign

Cons

  • – Low resolution and low-detailed graphics
  • – Clumsy controls and gameplay mechanics
  • – Loooots of bugs and crashes
  • – Performance issues on Quest 2

In general this might be OK for the fans of simple shooters or original Bulletstorm (we've seen worse adaptations like Fallout VR), but in general game is boring, doesn't look great and feels a bit clumsy, especially for the price requested. We recommend to avoid it, if you don't feel anything special to Bulletstorm franchise.
